How to Use This Template
This table of contents organizes your inspection-readiness binder so the right documents are easy to find if an OSHA compliance officer visits a jobsite or your office. Build a tab for each section below, place the matching documents behind it, and keep the binder current. Assign one person to own the binder and review it on the schedule you set. Bring the binder (or a digital copy) to the opening conference and use it to respond to document requests in an organized way.
Note: Having an organized binder helps you stay prepared and respond professionally. It does not by itself create compliance, prevent citations, or replace doing the underlying safety work.
